Cheerful 4-bedroom home situated at the top of the hill, a 5-minute walk to the beach.  This is an extension to an existing home, and when booking you will have exclusive use of the extension. 

The extension offers a back garden area, as well as use of the deck.  It also includes a braai room, with a kitchenette including a microwave and mini oven.  There is a very small wash basin, so we will provide paper plates to limit dishwashing.

Rates – R2700.00 per night.  Additional cost for cleaning R300.  Out of season per person rate on application

Bedroom 3 – Double bed with shared bathroom including bath

Bedroom 4 – Single Bed, plus Bunk Bed with shared bathroom including bath

Living Room and Braai Room –

Lovely open plan living room and dining room.  Includes indoor fireplace, television and wifi.  This room leads out to a grass garden on one side and a deck on the other side.

Braai Room is off the deck on the opposite side of the living room.  This includes a bar area as well as an indoor braai.  Inside this room we have created a small kitchenette with a large fridge/freezer, microwave and mini oven.  We supply paper plates and all other crockery and cutlery as needed; however, paper plates are recommended due to the very small wash basin in this room, serving as the only sink.

Extra Features –

Simple, modern décor and everything you might need to make your holiday a comfortable one including games and books.  Big Milkwood trees and lovely bird life, buck and rabbits frequently seen. No sea view but very close to the beach.  The sand dunes are ideal for sand boarding, beautiful long stretches of uninterrupted beaches.

Linen –

Linen supplied.  Please bring your own towels and beach towels.  No toiletries provided.

Domestic Service –

Can be arranged upon request.  All bookings will incur a standard R300.00 cleaning fee.

Parking –

Will be on the verge outside the house on Long Street

Directions from Security Gate –

Drive straight the main road to the only stop sign.  Turn left into River Road. There is an empty plot on the corner, and our house is the very next house after the empty plot.  However, access to the extension will be from Long street, so please turn first left, and access the house from this corner.
