Rates:  High season rates R3500 per night includes domestic service on weekdays.  Out of season rates R3000 per day.  Minimum two night stay.  Additional cost for cleaning for two night stay.  Out of season per person rate on application

Bedroom 1 – The Aloe room:  Hill views, North Facing with double/queen bed

Bedroom 2 – The Fish room:  Hill views, North facing with 2 single beds, ideal for children with parents next door in Aloe room.

Bedroom 3 – The Sea Room:  Sea Views, South facing with 2 singles or together as King size

Bedroom 4 – The Oyster Catcher room:  Sea/garden views, with 2 three quarter beds

Bedroom 5 – The River room:  River views with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 6 – Double Bed with en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and lounge.

2 bathrooms inside main house, one with bath and toilet, other with shower and toilet.  3rd bathroom en-suite to River room with amazing views down to the river – Shower toilet and basin.  Outside shower with hot water on the deck outside this bathroom.  A 2nd outside shower is available on East side of the house.

Lovely large open-plan living room (2 lounge areas and a dining area) with lovely sea views on one side and leading out to a large covered veranda with braai.  Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.  Large tables inside and outside.

Extra Features:  Lovely views in general, with a variety of walking options, up the hill behind the house to spectacular views over Kasouga making it an ideal sundowner spot.  Also a short walk to the beach through stunning indigenous forest walks or down the hill to the upper reaches of the river for fishing.  A haven of quiet with a child friendly garden and the sound of the sea crashing to lull you to sleep.  Frequent sightings of abundant bird-life in particular the resident pair of fish eagles whose call is always so poignant.  Small antelope abound and can be seen grazing on the hills and the open veld around the house.  A genet cat frequents the front stoep at night, darting in to eat insects drawn to the front light.

Linen:  Linen supplied.  Please bring your own beach towels.

Domestic Service:  Included in daily rate on weekdays.  Weekends and public holidays for tenants account on arrangement with domestic helper.  Staff quarters available.

Directions from Security gate:  First right into Jolly Road, at the end bear left into Stirk street.  The house is the first on the right hand side and has a large tree in front of the braai area.
